La Cabina Telefónica

La Cabina Telefónica is a daily audio novela that tells the story of Matty Cardona, a Colombian immigrant who launched Matty's Llamadas y Servicios 82 to do just that. She runs the shop in Jackson Heights, Queens with her daughter Rossy and offers calling, printing, faxing, money transfers and much more to her local clients. Matty's shop is the heart of the neighborhood, in a place that can feel so lonely when you first arrive. Each episode includes a phone call in a phone booth at Matty's, with a different story about familia, love and community.
